Connect the Dots is a women-owned stakeholder/community engagement firm that innovates participatory processes to connect diverse voices to decision-making. Our work focuses on building meaningful engagement and outreach methods that elevate community voices in participatory processes. Through our creative and iterative approach, we incorporate education and intentionally-designed interactions to ensure these processes are inclusive, accessible, and representative.
Position Description
Connect the Dots (CtD) is seeking an ambitious, inquisitive, and motivated Project Assistant to join our team. The Project Assistant will support the team on projects, outreach, engagement-related tasks, and administrative needs. We are especially interested in candidates who are open to flexible workloads with ranges of hours estimated per week.
We are working on a range of exciting projects focused on the public realm, transportation, comprehensive planning, equitable development/investment, urban economic development, parks/open spaces, master planning, and more. CtD is a small fast-growing team based in Philadelphia, PA committed to ensuring communities’ voices are a meaningful part of decision-making processes.
This role is based in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. While our hybrid office supports remote work and flexible scheduling, applicants must be local and open to attending some in-person meetings and local events.
Applicants should either be in their junior or senior years of college, in graduate school, or post-graduates.
