PennSERVE is adding to our team to support increased impact through AmeriCorps in Pennsylvania. We are seeking applicants for a Program Officer. Interested individuals must apply through the PA Employment website.

PennSERVE, Pennsylvania’s state service commission, encourages, develops, and facilitates volunteerism and service. Each year, PennSERVE awards federal funding to AmeriCorps programs. Through funding and support, PennSERVE engages Pennsylvania residents in strengthening our communities.
AmeriCorps Alums and individuals with national service experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
This position is eligible for telework based on organizational needs and supervisory approval; all PennSERVE staff work in our Harrisburg office a minimum of one scheduled day per month. Approved telework must occur within an agreed–upon location in Pennsylvania.
As a Program Officer, you will provide direct oversight, monitoring, training, and technical assistance to PennSERVE’s portfolio of AmeriCorps programs and other National Service grantees and constituents. You will join two other Program Officers in supporting a growing portfolio, which currently includes 25 AmeriCorps programs and two planning grantees.
