The Program Manager (PM), Program Implementation is responsible for management and implementation of education and/or employment programs at the Philadelphia Youth Network (PYN). The position will oversee a portfolio of providers and support them to implement their Scopes of Work fully and in a timely and complete manner.

Additionally, PMs will implement special projects that enhance program implementation and provide ongoing TA and support to their providers. Program Managers will often work with multiple programs at the same time. PMs are responsible for data and reporting associated with their provider portfolio. With PYN managed programs, PMs will be directly responsible for recruitment and enrollment while with provider managed programs PMs will be responsible to oversee that providers are on track and have the support they need.
