Salary: $45,000-55,000

Description:
PROVIDE THE DAY TO DAY FUNCTIONS OF THE E3 CENTER BY SUPERVISING STAFF IN THE EDUCATIONAL, EMPLOYMENT AND EMPOWERMENT OF NON ENGAGED AND DISCONNECTED AT RISK YOUTH AND YOUNG ADULTS IN TOTAL COMPLIANCE WITH PHILADELPHIA YOUTH NETWORK (PYN).
Additional Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Masters Degree in Social Work or related field required
2. At least 5 years supervisory experience
3. Building management experience preferred
4. At least 5 years of working experience with at risk youth
5. Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Able to work comfortably in a multi-cultural setting
2. Good networking skills
3. Good communication skills- written, verbal, inter personal
4. Positive attitude and understanding of the importance of teamwork
