BOLT (Build Our Lives Together) was founded in January 2022 as a registered 501c(3) organization to empower grassroots leaders to bring the change their communities want to see. We envision a future where every neighborhood is thriving, led by the people living there.

The Role:

We are looking for our first Program Manager hire, which means you will be responsible for shaping our programs: design and delivery. You are responsible for overseeing our three core programs: BOLT School for Grassroots Leadership (Fall – Spring), BOLT Youth Leaders Fellowship (Spring), Community Rising (Summer). You will be reporting directly to the Executive Director, who will be working closely with you in your first year, so you receive the support needed to be successful in this role.

We are looking for someone who can effectively design & deliver programs and is deeply committed to our vision: thriving neighborhoods, led by community members. See below for a detailed list of responsibilities.

The first-year salary is fixed at $48,000 and will increase annually based on performance and organizational budget. No specific degree is needed for this role. Every applicant must be legally authorized to be a full-time employee in the U.S.
