The Role:

You are responsible for overseeing our three core programs: BOLT School for Grassroots Leadership (Fall – Spring), BOLT Youth Leaders Fellowship (Spring), Community Rising (Summer). The first-year salary is fixed at $48,000 and will increase annually based on performance and organizational budget. No specific degree is needed for this role. Every applicant must be legally authorized to be a full-time employee in the U.S.
