The West Philadelphia Skills Initiative (WPSI) is a workforce development organization that has been successfully connecting Philadelphians to career-track jobs within anchor institutions for over a decade.
WPSI is looking to recruit program facilitators on a contracted basis who are passionate about personal growth, care deeply about making a positive impact in their communities, are able and inspire to generate meaningful discussion, facilitate high-impact insights among participants, and create a community within the cohort
Under the supervision of the Director of Programs, Program facilitators will be responsible for designing and facilitating workshops based on their specific experience and expertise that will broaden and strengthen participants’ perspectives and prepare them to succeed in their careers.
Our programs are interactive and collaborative, and facilitators must be able to create engaging and supportive learning environments that bring the WPSI concept and approach to life through facilitation to further grow and develop our impact.
