Position Summary: The Program Evaluation Analyst supports the efforts of the Program Evaluation and Technology Department through the analysis and reporting of program activities. Through these efforts, Clarifi will operate efficiently and measure its progress towards fulfilling its mission to create hope be helping people identify and secure the most important assets in their lives. The ideal candidate will have experience in building data queries and organizing data into meaningful formats, and demonstrate excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to evaluation in mission-based organizations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a Social Sciences Field
Must possess excellent analytic and problem solving skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Must have the ability to work well with multi-functional teams and in providing relevant and actionable information
An energetic, independent thinker and self-starter
Expertise in Microsoft Office including Excel required
Knowledge of SalesForce or other client management system and/or knowledge of SPSS or other statistical programming software a plus

Essential Functions: The Program Evaluation Analyst collaborates with all relevant personnel to ensure that program activities are tracked, analyzed and reported meaningfully.
