Salary: $30,000-35,000

Description:
The program and engagement specialist is responsible for outreach and identification of non engaged and disconnected youth between the ages of 15 ½ -21 and development and management of resources in the community by various presentation of the E3 Center. The program and engagement specialist will need to be able to build and lead a network of stakeholders to serve on an advisory board that supports the overall mission of the E3 Center.
Additional Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelors degree required, Masters Degree preferred
2. 3 years experience in outreach and engagement of at-risk youth required
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. Organized and detail oriented
2. Able to work well under stressful situations
3. Proven excellence in written and spoken communication
4. Access to reliable transportation required
