Program Director, The Leeway Foundation
Leeway?s Program Director is responsible for developing and administering the Foundation?s programs in accordance with Leeway?s mission, policies, values and vision, and for developing and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, which sustain and promote these programs. Leeway?s 3-person staff consists of an Executive Director, a Program Director and a Program Associate. The Program Director collaborates with the Executive Director and Program Associate, and reports to the Executive Director. Qualifications must include the following: at least 5 years program experience in a non-profit organization, exceptional relationship-building, team-building and community relations skills, demonstrated success in project development and management, ability to work creatively, effectively and responsively with a broad range of individuals and groups, superior organizational, communication and presentation skills (written and verbal), solid reasoning and analytical abilities, strong ability to evaluate and shape systems, both big-picture and detail-oriented, able to manage many projects simultaneously, a passion for the arts and change, commitment to Leeway?s mission and experience in a social-mission organization is a plus.
