Program Director, Reflect

Job Summary: Reflect’s Program Director (PD) is responsible for leading its programming department and enhancing Reflect’s programmatic impact. Internally, the PD will be responsible for the strategy, growth, and performance of Reflect’s programming department. Externally, the PD will be responsible for designing, implementing, evaluating, analyzing, and improving all existing and future Reflect programs. The PD will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Salary Range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, plus excellent benefits.
