Program Director, OCCCDA

SUMMARY: Based in the Oxford Circle neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA, the Oxford Circle Christian Community Development Association (OCCCDA) is seeking a Program Director. The mission of OCCCDA is “to extend healing and hope in the Oxford Circle community, believing that God’s purpose of reconciling all people to Jesus leads us to minister on spiritual, physical, social & economic levels.” The Program Director is responsible for planning and implementing programs, developing program budgets, and assisting with fundraising to meet those budgets; as well as demonstrating the vision and mission of OCCCDA to staff, interns, volunteers and the larger community.
The Program Director will work closely with staff, volunteers and interns to nurture both physical
and spiritual well-being.
The position is full time, salaried (exempt) and includes some evenings and weekends as needed. Salary is $54,000 annually with health benefits and PTO starting at 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 weeks sick time, 3 personal days, and holidays.
