White-Williams Scholars, Program Coordinator

White-Williams Scholars is a nonprofit pre-college enrichment organization serving high achieving low-income students in Philadelphia public high school students. The Program Coordinator will teach and run programs based on an institutionally developed curriculum. Coordinators are responsible for school-based programming in at least five schools including: West Philadelphia, Ben Franklin, University City, Strawberry Mansion and William Penn. Qualified candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor?s degree, excellent writing and communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team, experience teaching or providing pre-college counseling to Philadelphia public high school students, good computer skills, ability to develop program delivery from set-up to execution and a strong command of details. 10 or 12 months negotiable with benefits.
