The Program Coordinator of the Ware Institute for Civic Engagement will coordinate all aspects of the F&M Squash ACES program, and collaborate with Ware Institute staff on the planning, implementation and evaluation of all Ware Institute programming.
- Successfully coordinate, implement and evaluate all aspects of the F&M Squash ACES program while working in partnership with key members of the F&M Athletic Department and the School District of Lancaster, including but not limited to, parental engagement and individual student support, strategic planning, budget management, and annual reporting to donors and other key stakeholders.
- During the academic year, responsible for all facets of programming, including but not limited to, coordination of court time, management of academic component, supervision of student worker staff, day-to-day logistics, scheduling, development of mentor training curriculum, mentor recruitment/selection/training, and coordination of social, educational and squash-related events.
- Build, foster and maintain collaborative and positive professional relationships with internal colleagues/departments and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other members of the Ware Institute on the planning, implementation and evaluation of all Ware Institute programming while also serving as a positive representative of the department, the Student Affairs division and Franklin & Marshall College in all interactions with existing and prospective external and internal partners.
