Position: Program Coordinator ? Teaming for Technology
Grade: 08
Salary Range: $26,846 – $33,558 – $40,270
Department: Community Impact
Position Summary: Manages the business activities of the Teaming for Technology program including business development, program finances, contract and project management. The contracts and projects are technology consulting, support, and training services for non-profit agencies. Assists with providing strategic direction and program evaluation.
Job Responsibilities:
? Maintain appropriate information on program budget and financial activity; effectively manage fiscal aspect of program.
? Establish and manage contracts with non-profit clients and sub-contracting relationships with vendors.
? Lead marketing and business development efforts.
? Ensure program grants are disbursed according to program requirements.
? Ensure public relations and program promotion/marketing are effectively managed to enhance organizational image.
? Establish and manage relationships with volunteers and corporate entities.
? Develop and implement strategies for expansion and sustainability.
? Assist in the development of strategic technology plans.
? Other responsibilities as they assigned.
Desired Qualifications
? 3-5 years business management experience.
? Understanding of technology assistance, preferably in the non-profit arena.
? Proficiency with accounting software QuickBooks or similar software package.
? Ability to work with a variety of partners including a national non-profit, United Way, community based social service agencies, corporations, and government agencies.
? Excellent communication/writing skills.
? Computer literate: MS Office Suite, Internet and e-mail, web development tools.
? Database development experience
? Familiarity with use of technology including knowledge of web content management and internet application development.
? Project management experience, including managing multiple technical service providers.
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
