Position: Program Coordinator – OE
Grade: 09
Salary Range: $30,343 – $37,929 – $45,515
Department: Community Impact

Position Summary: Implements One Economy program and training. Integrates home and lab based technology with the current programs and services of People?s Emergency Center and Philadelphians Concerned About Housing. Oversees local and community content development and management with One Economy Corporation and multiple local partners. Responsible for evaluating impact of project with clients.

NOTE: This is a 10-month position, with possibility of additional funding.

Job Responsibilities:
? Coordinates program curricula materials consolidation and further development.
? Coordinates staff development trainings for CTC staff.
? Consults managers on program selection and planning.
? Works with advisory committee and One Economy team to consult on the selection and development of content
? Coordinates selection of home access participants
? Develops partnerships with content providers and web development providers
? Contribute and lead local and community content development efforts
? Develops evaluation criteria and manages relationship with independent evaluators

Desired Qualifications:
? 3-5 years non-profit project management experience.
? Ability to work in a team and with multiple outside.
? Experience working with low-income populations.
? Strong outcomes measurement experience
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
? Excellent communication/writing skills.
? Computer literate: MS Office Suite, internet and e-mail, web development tools.
? Familiarity with use of technology including knowledge of web content management and internet application development.
