Job Summary:

As part of a team, oversees programmatic activities for the District’s Pennsylvania SNAP-Ed funded Nutrition Education and School Wellness Program. Coordinates the development and implementation of various components of the nutrition education and school wellness program for school-age children, parents, and caregivers. Assesses school and District needs and capacity, supports program planning and implementation, and monitors and evaluates program activities on an ongoing basis to ensure that grant and departmental objectives are being met.
