Position: Program Coordinator
Reports to: Program Director
Overall Responsibility: Visit classrooms to support the work of Program Managers. Provide support for the program’s manuscript production needs. Support the work of Program staff by coordinating schedules, producing materials for trainings, and maintaining a database of resources and photos. Work with Program staff to revise, design, and reproduce the My Voice binder.
Specific Areas of Responsibility
Support Program Managers with scheduling community partners’ classroom visits and attend these visits as required
Prepare materials, order food, and confirm spaces for monthly in-service meetings
Maintain Program staff’s weekly schedule
Review, update, and maintain database of resources for service-learning projects with material provided by Program staff
Support revision and maintenance of My Voice binder by managing layout, formatting, and production
Provide graphic support for creating teacher recognition materials
Support Need in Deed staff at agency special events
Uphold Need in Deed’s excellent reputation
Help build and maintain a photo library
Help maintain database records of Program staff work
Create reports from database as required to support Program staff needs
