Program Coordinator I, Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM (E3)

We are excited to announce the launch of a new institute at Rutgers-Camden, funded by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute. This initiative is committed to fostering an inclusive educational culture on our campus by providing leadership training to faculty, staff, and students in STEM fields.
At the new Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM (E3) at Rutgers University – Camden we are looking for a Program Coordinator.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day logistics and administrative duties of the The Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM and Scholars program. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Directors to ensure smooth operations and implementation of programs and initiatives. The Program Coordinator for The Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM (E3) is responsible to partner with directors, faculty and staff to support Rutgers University—Camden initiatives. It will serve as a liaison between program partners. This position is responsible for managing the logistics of workshops, seminars and other E3 events. The position will work in collaboration with the Assistant Director to recruit faculty, staff and students for The Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM. Assist in developing DEI curriculum and other programming. Incumbent will also be responsible to coordinate promotional materials, manage the E3 website and social media platforms. This position will provide high level support to the Assistant Director in the management of The Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM Faculty Leader (E3-FL), The Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM Staff Leader (E3-STL), and The Institute for Empowering Equitable Education in STEM Student Leader (E3-SL) cohorts. The position will work in collaboration with the entire team of faculty and staff to support Driving Change grant applicants, reporting and other administrative tasks.
