The Program Coordinator for Community Partnerships promotes community engagement and cultivates partnerships with external individuals, groups, and organizations to support Rutgers University—Camden civic and community engagement initiatives, serving as a liaison between campus and community partners. The Program Coordinator for Community Partnerships will assist in developing and implementing civic and community engagement programs and activities that bring together the campus and community, and will be responsible for assessing the impact of community partnerships. This position is responsible for managing the Rutgers University Camden Community Partnership Center’s programming, strengthening strategic engagement with the Parkside and North Camden neighborhoods and the Camden community at-large. The position will work in collaboration with the entire team of the Division of Diversity, Inclusion and Civic Engagement, faculty, staff, and students to develop and schedule relevant community programming in the community centers and be supervised by the Assistant Director for Community Engagement. This position will be the central manager of the university’s community engagement directory/ platform, GIvePulse.

This position is grant funded through May 31, 2026.
