Program Coordinator for College Access
This person will be working on college access initiatives broadly throughout the city of Camden but also connecting with schools/organizations outside of Camden who have college assess needs. The position is not focused on recruiting students to Rutgers but providing support, early college awareness and assistance in navigating the college application process – regardless of the higher education institution.
This position will provide leadership and coordination for college access initiatives in order to produce greater levels of student access to higher education. The position will develop and manage partnerships and programs with educational, community-based, and other institutions committed to college access and retention, focusing on those in the city of Camden, NJ and the surrounding Delaware Valley region.
