This is a new position that is a part of Mission & Ministry’s dynamic reimagining of the organization of its service programs which includes the launching of the St. Thomas of Villanova Center for the Common Good. This is a full-time position providing support and coordination of the various Center activities and communications.
The Program Coordinator reports to the Senior Director of the Center for the Common Good and will coordinate comprehensive services for the office, including, scheduling, procurement, meeting, general office management, and program support.
Overall, the Coordinator will be responsible for making sure the office’s general operations run smoothly: ensuring that visitors are welcome, communications are timely and professional, office and event space is maintained well, and programs are coordinated.
