LISC seeks a Program Assistant to provide critical programmatic support to the Philadelphia office. This entry-level position will support functions such as funder reporting, proposal writing, performance measurement, database management, grant administration, compliance and disbursements. Ideal candidates must be committed to working with lower-income communities using a community-based, resident-driven model of neighborhood revitalization. S/he should enjoy working on small teams with a desire to learn from colleagues, supporting and encouraging each other in the pursuit of excellence. LISC is committed to diversity and inclusion.
