Professional Development re: College Admissions

A professional development workshop is being sponsored by the PA Association for College Admission Counseling and the PA School Counselors’ Association on January 11, 2003 from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. There is a cost of $10.00 for professionals and $5.00 for counseling education students. Act 48 credit is available for those who desire. The workshop will be held at Temple University’s Tuttleman Learning Center.
Thomas Butler will present the keynote of the day – “Increasing Minorities Aspirations, Admissions and Retention?. Sessions during the day include “The College Recommendation Letter”, “Utilizing Technology in the College Search Process”, “The College Admission Process” and “Financial Aid Opportunities”.
