The Professional Development Manager position is an opportunity to help Campus Compact extend its support for civic and community engagement practitioners seeking to enhance their skills, knowledge, and critical commitments in ways that emphasize equity and yield better outcomes for students, institutions, and communities.

This position reports to and works on a day-to-day basis with the Director of Institutional Capacity Building and interacts with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders from across the higher education sector.

Campus Compact seeks to continue to develop and implement sound organizational practices that allow our staff, members, and partners to innovate and advance our mission. Campus Compact is headquartered in Boston, MA with a national, geographically distributed staff. This position is fully remote.
