Productivity Pop-Ins: Back-ups, Storage, Spreadsheets
Posted by Interactive Mechanics on October 10, 2016
We all know that productivity is key. Without it, we just sit around watching YouTube videos, contemplating life’s great mysteries. All jokes aside though, how exactly do you maximize day-to-day productivity (especially with basic, tech stuff)?
This question inspired “Productivity Pop-Ins” – a monthly brown bag lunch focused on your basic, tech needs. Hosted by Interactive Mechanics and CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia, these brown bags will take place over 45 minutes and feature brief presentations followed by hands-on help and networking. Sessions will take place at the CultureWorks office (1315 Walnut Street, Suite 320) on the following dates:
Tuesday, October 18th: 12-1pm
Back-ups & Storage
Best practices for Mac and Windows, physical and cloud based options, data security, and safe automatic worry-free backups.
Thursday, November 17th: 12-1pm
Spreadsheets?!
Tips to make your Excel experience better: Searching with a colored-coded find; printing readable spreadsheets; combining/separating cells; pivot tables.
So, stop by and bring that tech problem that’s been plaguing you; we’ll help you figure it out.
Sessions are free and open to the public although space is limited to 15 people per session. Register today.
