PRIX JEUNESSE Suitcase Screening – Oct 18
Posted by Center for Media and Information Literacy on October 1, 2024
Join us at Temple University on October 18th for a screening from Prix Jeunesse, the world’s most prestigious and longest-running children’s and youth television festival!
Screenings are focused on preschool/elementary audiences, and primary/tween/teen audiences. The TV shows were part of the Prix Jeunesse international children’s television festival for 2024. This is the best of the best across the globe! Some of the shows are funny; some poignant, heart-warming, silly, scary, tackling everything from adolescent angst to preschool jitters to zombies to climate change and more. Between showings, we will discuss the shows and their impact on children and youth.
Please note: this is an event for adults only
Located at Temple University’s Gladfelter Hall in room 013, the screenings will begin at 12 p.m. and conclude at 8 p.m. You may attend the full screening, or any part of the day. However, you’re encouraged to attend the full day. It will be worth your time!
