Big Picture Philadelphia (BPP) challenges systemic inequities in education by providing transformative learning experiences at two public high schools in North Philadelphia — El Centro de Estudiantes (El Centro) and Vaux Big Picture High School (Vaux). Position Description

The Positive Support Specialist of Big Picture Philadelphia is a high-energy, dynamic individual who is driven by a strong vision of high student achievement, social justice, and belief in the potential of every student. The Positive Support Specialist is committed to the Big Picture philosophy and vision, and willing to advocate for it as it is defined and applied to our high schools. The Positive Support Specialist will promote healthy school culture by working collaboratively with faculty, and students. They possess the willingness to support every child in the school.
