Philadelphia Early Childhood Collaborative (PECC) needs consultants who can work during the day to help facillities improve their quality of service in the areas of health & safety, program/learning environments, and family & community partnerships. If you have time and are willing to travel to Philadelphia and /or Delaware counties, PECC would like to discuss the possibility of doing Keystone STARS Technical Assistance for $50/hr.
