Poplar Street Bridge Paint Day
Come out on August 22nd and help create a work of art!
Fairmount CDC has been working with the Philadelphia Mural Arts Program and community residents to make a more beautiful connection between the neighborhood and the park. You can see the fabulous design in windows at 2206 Fairmount Ave or 3001 Girard Ave. Please join us on Saturday August 22nd from 10 AM to noon to paint the bridge. We will meet at the bridge at Poplar Street and Poplar Drive or in the event of rain at Trinity Baptist Church at 2720 Poplar. For some more images of the artwork and an event flyer click here.
