Dr. Ira Harkavy, Director of The University-Assisted Community School Program of the University of Pennsylvania, winner of the first annual William T. Grant Foundation Youth Development Prize.
Dr. Harkavy will share a vision of the future of service in America.
10:45 a.m. — panel discussion will begin among Members of Congress and their staff who have been invited to respond to Dr. Harkavy and share their views on service.
