PNC Foundation

PNC and the PNC Foundation have long histories of strengthening and enriching the lives of our neighbors in communities in which we live and work. For decades, we have provided resources to seed ideas, foster development initiatives and encourage leadership in nonprofit organizations where imagination and determination are at work enhancing people’s lives everyday.
PNC Philanthropy?s priority is to form partnerships with community-based nonprofit organizations within the markets PNC serves, to:
* Enhance educational opportunities for children, particularly underserved pre-school children, through our signature PNC Grow Up Great program, and
* Promote the growth of targeted communities through economic development initiatives.
We’re changing the way we work with our traditional partners to maximize this mission
* Arts ? a new emphasis on early education, including the Philadelphia Parkway Development (Library, Barnes, Please Touch, Art Museum), The Pittsburgh Ballet, Symphony, and CLO, the Philadelphia Flower Show, and the Cincinnati Museum Center
* Higher Education ? Temple, King?s College, and Duquesne University
* Community Development ? new product for early education centers, other projects including Eastside II
