Perfected through repeated scientific experiments, baking combines arithmetic, chemistry, geometry, architecture, and biology with gastronomy and the culinary arts. This Pi Day, let’s strengthen our baking skills and knowledge through these disciplines!
Join the Free Library Culinary Literacy Center for “Calculating Pi(e)” on Monday, March 14 at 5:30 p.m.
