PHL City ID: Philadelphia Municipal ID

The PHL City ID is an optional, valid, government issued identification card that is accepted by all City services and City funded programs. It is available to all residents age 13 and older who can provide proof of identity and proof of residency, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity, immigration status, incarceration history, or housing status.
