Community Improvement Program
PhillyCarShare is all about making Philadelphia a better place to live and work. If you are involved with a community group that could use vehicles, volunteers, or financial support for a specific project, you can apply for a PhillyCarShare Community Improvement Award with in-kind and cash value up to $250 or $500! Awards are available for projects such as
* Tree & garden planting
* Park cleanups & repairs
* Street & neighborhood cleanups
* Transportation-related projects
* Civic & environmental education programs
Awards will be dispersed through your Civic or Neighborhood Association. Contact Stephanie Kruel stephanie@phillycarshare.org for information about grant applications and volunteer opportunities.
