Responsibilities:
- Program Administrative Support: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks for our programs (BOLT School for Grassroots Leadership and BOLT Youth Leaders Fellowship), including managing calendars, scheduling meetings / workshops, handling correspondence, keeping participants up-to-date on expectations, and keeping BOLT staff up-to-date with compliance expectations for BOLT programming.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute events, including logistics, vendor coordination, and volunteer management.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication regarding participant payment, workshops, events, and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Onboarding: Ensure participants across all programs are onboarded and are clear on program expectations as well as next steps.
- Participant Payment: Manage payment for all participants and ensure they submit their documents to get paid on time.
- Document Management: Collect necessary documentation from participants, partners, and staff to ensure smooth project implementation, which can range from impact measurement documents to media release forms.
- Ad-Hoc Project Support: Assist with various ad-hoc projects and initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support to ensure successful outcomes.
Role begins on September 30th, 2024 at the earliest.
