What: If you care about bringing change to Philly, you’ll want to meet these grassroots leaders. Get a sneak peek by watching this video HERE. Meet & celebrate these leaders who are on the frontlines of bringing change to the city. They include Ryan Harris, the founder of As I Plant This Seed, who provides life-changing after-school programs for youth in his neighborhood and Cleo Robinson, the founder of A Home from Shana Foundation, working to fight Black maternal mortality. Expect food, drinks, live music & hear from the leaders themselves!
