Announcing: PhillyBlocks Town Meeting on “Philadelphia’s Neighborhood Agenda” Thursday, August 7th, 7:00-9:30 PM
The Institute for the Study of Civic Values will conduct another city-wide “PhillyBlocks Town Meeting,” on Thursday, August 7th, 7:00-9:30 PM in the Kirby Auditorium of the National Constitution Center, 7th & Walnut St.

Seating in the Kirby Auditorium is limited–so we are urging people to register in advance.
