Starting a new business venture and not sure where to begin? On Thursday, April 28th, Philadelphia VIP is offering free 1-hour consultations with volunteer attorneys from Vanguard and Morgan Lewis to discuss business formation steps such as incorporation and drafting operating agreements. Clients will be matched with attorneys to meet virtually at a time of their choosing, and clients may be eligible for extended service after the event.
