The Regional Coordinator (RC) serves as the key on-site liaison for the PRC program at community-based Philadelphia Parks and Recreation (PPR) or Free Library of Philadelphia (FLP) sites. In this role, Regional Coordinator’s will lead a team of committed volunteers focused on improving the literacy levels and love of reading for students in grades K-3.
