PHILLY GIVE & GET: MAKER EDITION
A Charity “Date” Auction to Benefit Scribe Video Center
Philly Give & Get is a charity “date” auction that combines professional networking with community engagement. Bring some cash and a desire to go on an adventure and learn something new. You’ll meet awesome people, support an outstanding Philly nonprofit, and learn a valuable skill… all in one event.
The Philly Give & Get: MAKER Edition Auction gives attendees the opportunity to win one-on-one classes with some of the city’s best artists and artisans. Learn how to use lasers with David Clayton from the Department of Making and Doing, build giant sculptors with Darla Jackson at the Philadelphia Sculpture Gym, or go on-location with celebrated Philly-based photographer Nathaniel Dodson, plus much more.
All proceeds benefit Scribe Video Center, and the first 100 tickets include a free drink. It’s for the kids!
Philly Give & Get: MAKER Edition
Thursday, October 10 from 7pm-10pm at Johnny Brenda’s
