PhillyCarShare is now forming a member-based non-profit organization to bring neighborhood car sharing to Philadelphia. Car sharing is similar to a rental agency, in which members reserve cars by the hour via phone or over the internet. Insurance, fuel, licensing, and maintenance are managed by PhillyCarShare, and a monthly statement bills you for only the hours and miles you have driven. Will car sharing fit your lifestyle?
