Are you a currently serving or alum AmeriCorps member? Share your story to be featured during AmeriCorps Week.
AmeriCorps Week celebrates the impact and experiences of AmeriCorps members all across the nation. Philadelphia proudly boasts roughly 3,000 AmeriCorps members, who have dedicated their lives to addressing our communities’ most pressing issues. AmeriCorps members currently serve in schools, nonprofits, government agencies, faith-based and community groups.
This year’s events will take place everyday from March 9-13. Activities and events connect currently serving and alumni AmeriCorps members around four focus areas: Professional Development, Awareness, Service, and Networking.
Please visit Philadelphia’s AmeriCorps Week website to learn more about and register for local events.
