Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative10th Year Kickoff Celebration – May 2
Posted by Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative on April 29, 2025
The Philadelphia Youth Sports Collaborative (PYSC) is celebrating a major milestone—kicking off its 10th year of developing good sports across the city! On Friday, May 2, community leaders, elected officials, and youth sports champions will gather at the Friends Center in Center City for a celebration marking nearly a decade of impact, connection, and opportunity for Philadelphia’s youth.
The event will feature special guests including State Senator Christine Tartaglione and representatives from the Parker Administration, who will join PYSC in announcing the newest recipients of the Philly Youth Sports Fund. Launched in 2024, this city-backed initiative provides micro-grants to small, neighborhood-based youth sports organizations—helping ensure that every child, in every Philly neighborhood, has a chance to play.
