Philadelphia Water Department and PHS | Rain Check
October 16, 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, PHS, 100 North 20th Street
Rain Check is a Philadelphia Water Department program that helps residents manage stormwater and beautify their homes. Rain Check participants are eligible for a free rain barrel or a downspout planter, rain garden, pavement removal or porous paving at a greatly reduced cost.
