Philadelphia VIP’s next free small business clinic will take place in Center City on Wednesday, December 11 from 5:15-7pm.
Are you the owner of a local small business? Do you have questions about any of the legal areas listed below? If so, you may be eligible to meet with a volunteer attorney at a free legal clinic.
Attorneys will consult with small businesses on legal areas including:
- Hiring employees and consultants
- Employee handbooks
- Contracts
- Commercial leases
- Conflicts of interest
- Indemnification
- Licensing and taxes
- Trademarks and logos
