This dynamic and informative e-newsletterwill cover essential topics relating to improving the systems that serve children though research and policy analysis, best practice development, and technical assistance. The premier Fall 2005 issue features a story on DSS-CARES, anintegrated data information system designed by PSS that will help the City of Philadelphia’s social service departments to take a holistic approach to serving their clients. A look at Beacon Schools explores how after school and youth development providers can customize programs to meet the needs of their communities. A calendar will highlight important activities in the child advocacy arena.
