Philadelphia launches systems navigation video resource for residents with disabilities

The Philadelphia Department of Public Health, Division of Maternal, Child, and Family Health partnered with the Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities to create a video resource on systems navigation for Philadelphia residents with disabilities and their families.
The Association of Maternal and Child Health Programs (AMCHP) provided funding to the Pennsylvania Public Health Department for a sustainable advocacy and systems change project to improve systems of health care for children and youth with disabilities.
