The Urban Affairs Coalition, and their Philadelphia Home.Buy.Now program, is seeking new employers to offer grants to their employees for purchasing a home, which then gets matched dollar-for-dollar up to $4,000 by the Coalition! The Employer’s contributions must be at least $500 to join the Home.Buy.Now network. Contributing to an employee’s home purchase within a short distance from your location can improve employee morale, stabilize the neighborhood, recruit great colleagues, maximize employee retention, and increase property values and productivity near your workplace!
