Philadelphia Earth Day 2024 Block Party – Apr 21
Posted by PennEnvironment Research & Policy Center on April 16, 2024
Earth Day is Monday, April 22. The official theme for 2024 is “Planet vs. Plastics.” signifying the 380 million tons of plastic that are now produced every year; only 9 percent of plastic ever produced has been recycled.
Join hundreds of Philadelphians on Sunday, April 21, from 1 to 4 pm for a huge Climate Action Earth Day Block Party at Center City’s Franklin Square Park. There will be music, great speakers, dozens of Philly-area groups tabling, free food, interactive activities for adults and kids, and a ton more. We hope you’ll join us to have some fun while making your voice heard for climate action!
